TRAVEL AiM does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Booking Policy

AMENDMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Tour Cancellation after amendment is non-refundable (no refund is possible)
  • Booking can be cancelled up to 5 days before travel date but below Cancellation Policy applies – no partial
CANCELLATION POLICY
    • 16 days & beyond from date of travel (excluding travel date) – 25% of Order Total is charged as cancellation
    • Between 8-15 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) – 60% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee
    • Between 3-7 days from date of travel (excluding travel date) – 80% of Order Total is charged as cancellation fee
    • No Refund if cancelled within 2 days from date of travel, excluding travel date (sorry, we already paid for your Hotel & Cab by this time).
ACCOMMODATION POLICY
  • Standard Hotel check-in time is usually between 12 PM – 2 PM & check-out time is between 10 AM to 12 Early check-in is subject to availability & hotel may charge extra (not included in the tour price). In case of late check-in, please inform the hotel about your arrival time.
  • In case you arrive before check-in time & free rooms are unavailable, you can fresh- up in hotel washroom and proceed with sightseeing until your check-in
  • Hotel may deny check-in for unmarried couple and no refund will be issued in such
  • Hotel Voucher will take at least 2 working days from the date of booking
  • Usually Hotel Reservations are not required for kids below 3 years. In case of any charges by hotels for below 3y kids, amount needs to be paid directly at the
TRANSPORTATION POLICY
    • Additional charges apply for Airport Pick-up/Drop.
    • Any special requests like English/Hindi speaking driver is based on availability and can’t be guaranteed
    • AC in the vehicle is switched off in hilly regions and also when the vehicle is parked
    • Cab & Driver details will be provided 10 hours before the Trip Start Time
    • In case of vehicle breakdown and issue is not resolved in 2-3 hours (from the time the issue is reported), we will provide alternate vehicle (or) accommodation in nearby town until the issue is
    • In case of no communication / response from customer at the time of pickup, cab driver will wait for maximum 2 hours at given pickup Past 2 hours, trip will be considered as cancelled & no refund is possible.
    • Vehicle should not be used for personal purpose like visting malls / shopping, visitng restuarants for dinner, etc
SIGHTSEEING POLICY
  • Customers should be ready for sightseeing at Start Time mentioned in the itinerary in order to cover all the places in itinerary. Sightseeing can’t extend beyond 7 PM and any places missed can’t be covered on following day.
  • Sightseeing is limited to the places mentioned in the itinerary. If time permits, you may visit additional places (not mentioned in itinerary) by paying for extra kilometers to the cab
  • In case of natural disasters or cab strike, Travel AiM may suggest alternate destination or alternate
  • Please check weekly off days for sightseeing places. Also, few places may be closed due to heavy rains / maintenance without prior intimation & we have no control on such
OTHER POLICY
  • Refund for cancelled tours usually takes around 7-10 business
  • Any issues encountered during the trip need to be resolved with Tour Manager immediately during the trip. Issues can’t be addressed after completion of the trip.
